What should I do if I haven't received my order confirmation email?

If you have not received an e-mail confirming your order, please check your spam folder. If, despite these checks, the e-mail is not in your mailbox, we invite you to contact our customer service department via WhatsApp, e-mail - store@silverix.com, or via the contact us form.

How can I get the invoice for my Silverix order?

You can view and print your invoice in the ‘My orders’ tab of your Silverix customer account.

Is online payment secure?

The security of your payments is our priority. All transactions carried out on silverix.com are secure. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never sent unencrypted over the network. This encryption enables us to ensure a high level of security for your transactions.

Can I order without creating an account?

Yes, if you wish to place your order as a guest, you can leave the account creation fields blank. However, your first name, surname, and e-mail address are still required to place an order.
If you wish to view all your orders and returns, creating your account will allow you to view this information.

Where can I find my order number?

History when logged into your Silverix Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email as well as in your Order Account.

What payment options do you accept?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, CB, Mastercard, American Express): This means that no banking information concerning you is transmitted via the silverix.com site.
Payment by credit card is therefore perfectly secure (SSL). Your order will be recorded and validated as soon as the bank accepts your payment.

By PayPal: Paypal is a secure online payment system. If you open a PayPal account, all you have to do is fund your PayPal account with a credit card via a secure connection, and then send a transfer order by e-mail when you make an online purchase.
By choosing to pay via PayPal, you will automatically be directed to your PayPal account. Once the PayPal payment has been validated, you can complete your order on the website. Your PayPal account will be debited immediately after final validation of the order. This system does not generate any additional charges at the time of payment.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or adjust your order once it has been placed. Should you wish to make a change, it would require placing a new order.

Can I pre-order or reserve a product?

Yes! You can pre-order items from our upcoming collections. Each new drop is announced 40 weeks before launch, and pre-orders open at the same time.
To reserve a piece, simply click the “Pre-order” button under the product photo.
