I have received my order but there is a problem with it.
If some products do not correspond to the products ordered, we apologise for this error. We invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible via WhatsApp, email - store@silverix.com, or the ‘Contact us' section. Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team; it may result in a slower resolution time.
What should I do if I haven't received my refund?
Your refund will be made within a maximum of 14 working days to your original method of payment. You will be notified by email of the processing of your return and the delivery to our workshop. Should you not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us via WhatsApp, contact form, or email us at store@silverix.com.
How long do I have to make a return?
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of your order date and send the items back to us within this period. Returns received outside the 30-day window or items not in their original condition, may be declined or issued as store credit at our discretion. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How much does it cost to return a Silverix product?
We currently offer a complimentary first returns label to the UK. If you are outside the UK, then you'll be asked to return through "self-post". You'll be required to return through a courier of your choice. Please see Silverix's return policy for more details.
